Glassblower Eric Kvames and the Faith Mountain Company are selling a newly designed sun catcher, “Tree of Life,” to raise money for flood victims of this area.
Mr. Kvames is donating a third of his profits for the sun catcher, and Faith Mountain is selling it in their catalog for $10 instead of the usual price of $12.95. The money raised goes to United Way, said Cheri Woodard of Faith Mountain, which is collecting the funds to distribute to victims of last June’s floods.
Mrs. Woodard said that it has been forecasted that 2500 of the suncatchers will sell through her catalog.
