Mr. Kvarnes’ suncatchers have been an enormously successful product in the Faith Mountain catalog. He estimates that he has sold 25,000 of his suncatchers through the catalog over the last couple of years. The other designs are a heart shape and a sun.
Mj-s. Woodard said that her husband Martin Woodard spearheaded the idea to sell the suncatchers to raise money for flood victims. In the catalog, the Woodards explain that the small community here was hit especially hard, “making national news as roads, bridges, homes and even people were washed away.” Also, “Since the holidays are a time of giving and thanks, we at Faith Mountain feel it is especially important to continue reaching out to our neighbors at this time.”
