Winners will be announced on Tuesday, Oct. 31, and their art work will be displayed at Talk of the Town in the front windows. The ten winning selections will be reproduced as post cards.
Most of the original art work will be available for purchase with the proceeds being split between the artist and the Rappahannock County Historical Society’s “computer fund.”
