Rappahannock County Public Schools invites interested parties to submit sealed bids for the renovation/ asphalting of the track at Rappahannock County High School. Successful bidders must agree to conform to the policies of the Rappahannock County Public Schools and to the document entitled "Rappahannock Guidelines lor Work in Schools". All such documents are available for viewing at the School Board Office, and such viewing is recomemended prior to submission.

This track renovation is lo include: Surveying - Six-lane, 400 meter track must meet standards established by U S. Tennis Court and Track Builders Association and the National Federation of State High School Associations

Geotechnical study as appropriate; Excavation/removal of existing track material; Install appropnate conduit to both sides of field for future lighting and P.A. needs; Grading/structures/ pipe installation for proper field and track drainage; Grading for access road to wastewater treatment facility; Subsurface preparation; Asphalt placement; Paint lane lines/ markings conforming to standards set by the U S. Tennis Court and Track Builders Association and the National Federation of'State High School Associations; Grading and seeding
