Peter Garon opened , his Morency Gallery in late August in the “Ice House” located next to the Heritage House in Washington. Garon uses the gallery as a working studio where he features mainly his own work.

Three years ago he made a major career change from being a Washington, D.C. architect to a Warrenton gallery owner when he opened the Morency Gallery on Main Street in Warrenton. “I never wanted to be anything but an architect and an artist. There is a business side to being an artist and I happen to eryoy that as well,” Garon said.
