Roberts Fletcher.
She received her edn nation at Washington Graded School and graduated from George Washington Carver High School, Culpeper in May 1951.
She joined the first Baptist Church at an early age and continued to keep her membership at the church.
She leaves four children Lorenzo Fletcher of Woodbridge, William Jordan, Selena Jordan and James Jordan of Washington; two daughters-in-laws. Janice Jordan and Marie Jordan and eight grandchildren.
Also surviving are two sisters Dorothy McCray and Amanda Minor of Washington, D.C., two brothers Wade Hampton Fletcher and Ernest Fletcher of Washington; two sister-in-laws, Mary Fletcher and Ellen Fletcher of Washington; one dear friend like a son-inlaw, Thomas Starks, Jr. of Woodville and a host of friends and other relatives.
Funeral services were held Monday, Jan. 12 at First Baptist Church in Washington with Rev. Dr. Wendell Grant.
