Zoning regulations permit “forestry” in all zones, but there is no definition of forestry — is it planting, maintenance, destruction?

In the County Comprehensive Plan (Policy No.3, Principle No. 2) the issue is addressed: “Ensure that timber harvesting and other enyifOnmental impacts are minimized.”

It is hot clear to me if a clear curlogging operation is regulated. Are permits required (mentioned in zoning and comprehensive plan)? Is the project monitored for erosion control? Is there a Forest Management Plan? Should the project be controlled by the county or
