Department of Corrections for possession of cocaine, all but six months suspended, the sentences to run concurrent and the time to be served in jail in Rappahannock. He will be on two years supervised probation and will be required to pay all court costs within six months of his release. He must also remain drug and alcohol free during his probation.
David Downes, Milbum’s attorney, asked that Milbum be allowed to participate in work release and moved to Clarke County jail to serve the time as that is where his job is and that he be released on $5,000 bond while the, work release and other paperwork is completed. The court agreed to the requests and ordered Milbum to report to the sheriff on Jan. 16.
