The Grand Jury handed up indictments on five people Monday.
Indicted were Richard Allen Bottomley and Rodger William Bottomley — each on charges of grand larceny and unlawful trespassing. They will remain on bond until trial which is set for Feb. 20.
Constance Virginia Brisbane was indicted for grand larceny and defense attorney Roy Bradley told Judge Shore Robertson that he had received a report that she was in Snowdon Hospital and then Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg. Commonwealth’s Attorney Peter Luke said he had information that she was not at Snowdon and he wanted a capius issued for her. The case
