In Rappahannock Circuit Court Monday the Grand Jury indicted two people on charges of intent to distribute cocaine.
Russell Purcell Martin was indicted on a charge of intent to manufacture, sell or distribution cocaine as was Martha Ann Turner. Turner was also charged with possession of crack cocaine.
A court date of June 4 was set for Martin who was released on bond. Turner was remanded to the custody of the Rappahannock Sheriff’s Office since she could not make bond set at $10,000. She will appear in court to face charges on May 21.
