In Radford University’s annual ROTC award ceremony, Gregory Thomas Settle, a freshman pre-major from Chester Gap, received the Cadet Scholar Award ribbon for fall 1997.
To be selected for the Cadet Scholar Award, a cadet must have a GPA between 2.90 and 3.19.
Radford University is a coeducational institution founded in 1910 which offers more than 140 undergraduate and graduate degrees.
