1 would like to register my
sense of disappointment, dismay and alarm at the way the Rappahannock Board of Supervisors handled the proposed county school budget at their last meeting. My main concern is their arrogation unto themselves of a kind of “line item veto” by processing the school budget by categories, instead of as a whole (which had been their past practice).
