Grand opening announced

The old Sperryville School House has been remodeled, redesigned and redecorated to make it a fantastic store as well as a catalog outlet. On May 23 and 24, Memorial Day Weekend, The Faith Mountain Company will celebrate not only the grand opening of its new store but also the 21st anniversary of The Faith Mountain Company. Everyone is invited to the festivities. The weekend will include live entertainment, craft demonstrations, unusual flowers and plants, food, great sales and of cburse fun for the whole family.

The Rappahannock Healing Arts has scheduled the following activities:

Summer jest planned

The Jefferson Ruritan Club is sponsoring the Village of Jeffersonton Summerfest $8 commemorating the 200th anniversary of Jefferson. It will be held on Saturday, June 20, rain or shine from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the grounds of the Jeffersonton Community Center in Jeffersonton.

Beekeepers to meet

The Northern Piedmont Beekeepers Association will hold its May meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 21 at the Culpeper Cooperative Extension Service building. From 6:45-7:30 p.m. there will be a Beginning Beekeeper Session. The regular program will be: Supering - Taking Advantage of the Honey Flow, presented by Kevin Lunsford.
