“It was the students who asked if we could do Shakespeare this year,” said director Cynthia Cumins. “I had faith they could pull it off. ITae play has been a tremendous undertaking for them, but they’ve done an amazing job.”
The production, which includes a cast of more than 30 students contains a rich mixture of elements: celestial goddesses, drunken sailors, comical clowns, and fun special effects. Children and adults of all ages will find something to delight them.
The proceeds of the production will benefit the RCHS drama department. Performances begin both nights at 7 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the door for $5 per person.
