NOTICE OF INTENTION
TO ADOPT ORDINANCE
KINDLY TAKE NOTICE that on May 12, 1999, at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Town Hall on Gay Street, in Washington, Virginia, the Town Council of the Town of Washington, Virginia, will hold a public hearing for the purpose of considering the adoption of the 1999 Bank Tax Ordinance to be effective July 1, 1999.
Copies of the proposed Bank Tax Ordinance are available for inspection at the Office of John McCarthy, Town Zoning Administrator Gay Street, at the Town Hall, and at the Clerk of the Circuit Court's Office during normal business hours.
All are invited to attend this public hearing and make their views known.
