effort. Many issues came to light for those of us who spent the day following the process. Some of them included increasing development, safe bridges for heavy equipment and emergency vehicles, dangers to water quality, responsibility to our neighbors downstream and hazardous waste in private dumpsters near waterways.
As most accidents do, this one taught us some lessons, left us with much to be thankful for and gave us food for thought.
