A bicycle camp, organized in association with Child Health Associates for ages 6 to 12, is planned for June 21-25.
Other camps tentatively scheduled include an art camp (late June or early July), dance camp (mid-July), a drama camp focusing on Shakespeare, and sports camps focusing on basketball (early August) and racquet sports. “We’re still working to firm up the dates for some of these camps,” Sheetz said.
Summer camp for persons with disabilities ages 13 and older are slated for June 28-July 2 at Crockett Park and August 2-9 at Vint Hill.
A day trip to Hershey Park in Pennsylvania is tentatively scheduled for the end of July, Sheetz said. It’s for all ages, including children accompanied by an adult.
