for Sheriff to meet
The public is cordially invited to meet with Larry C. Sherertz, incumbent candidate for Sheriff of Rappahannock County, at an informal gathering in the Sperryville Volunteer fire hall from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 16. Sheriff Sherertz will be available to personally meet with attendees and discuss local issues. Refreshments will be provided.

The annual meeting of the Rappahannock League for Environmental Protection will be held on Friday, Sept. 17 at 7:30 p.m. at the Flint Hill fire hall. The featured guest speaker will be County Administrator John McCarthy who will talk about cell phone towers and what they mean to the county.
