A Rappahannock County grand jury handed down indictments against five individuals on term day, Sept. 13.
• Michael Ryan Mills, 19, of Rixeyville, Va. was indicted for possession of a firearm after being convicted of a felony. The incident occurred on May 23. Judge Carlton Penn continued an existing bond and set a date of October 7 for Mills to appear in court.
• Prince L.E. Marshall, Jr. of Alexandria, Va. was indicted on a charge of driving after having been declared an habitual offender. Marshall, 42, was arrested on April 10. He is being held in the Rappahannock County Jail
