• Samuel Dee Berry, 45, from Culpeper was indicted on a larceny by false pretense charge. The incident occurred on June 9 at Settle’s Grocery. Berry is being held without bond in the county jail, and has an Oct. 7 court date.
• Larry David Nunn was indicted on two separate charges, contracting without a license and larceny by trick. The alleged offenses happened on July 18 and Aug. 14. Nunn, whose bond was continued, is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 7.
