Ashby Nethers and Betty Sue Howard of Front Royal were visitors on Friday of Walter Milton Burke and his grandparents, Richard and Rena Burke.

On Saturday, Dan and Bessie Norman attended the eighth annual Louisa Air Show. They enjoyed touring the planes, watching the parachuters and observing the many daring stunts performed by the pilots and planes.

Ray and Barbara Scherer went over the mountain to Castleton to have dinner with Katherine and Rowland Evans at their Bessie Bell Farm on Saturday evening. After everyone enjoyed the beautiful sunset, they all went inside for a fancy and delicious meal by candlelight.
