Lillian Bouclin

Front Royal resident

Lillian G. Bouclin, 90, of Front Royal died Sunday, Sept. 12 at Warren Memorial Hospital in Front Royal.

A grave side service was conducted on Wednesday in the Russell family cemetery at Huntly by Rev. John Pendleton.

Mrs. Bouclin was born Jan. 6, 1909, in Huntly, daughter of the late James M. and Rosa Nickens Russell. She was the wife of the late Albert Bouclin.

Surviving are a son, Alton Merriweather of Front Royal and a brother, Abner Russell of Huntly.

Turner-Robertshaw Funeral Home in Front Royal was in charge of the arrangements.

Russell Clark Sr.

Stephens City resident

Russell Marshall Clark Sr., 75, of Stephens City died Thursday, Sept. 9 in the Winchester Medical Center.

Mr. Clark was born on Nov. 24, 1923 in Rappahannock County, the son of the late Rasby Franklin and Goldie Marie Clark.

He was an agricultural worker for various farms in this area, retiring after 35 years of service.

He was a veteran of World War II having served in both the United States Navy and the United States Army, achieving the rank of Sargent.
