The U.S. District Court in Charlottesville granted continuances for Danny and Bonnie Sue Baldwin on Sept. 8. The Baldwins were scheduled to appear to face charges stemming from Operation SOUP, an undercover operation by state and federal authorities that targeted bear poaching. The U.S. District Court Clerk’s Office has not set a new court date as of Sept. 13.
