Elizabeth Rinker Clark, whom he married on Oct. 12, 1946 died in 1987.
Surviving are one daughter, Betty Ann Hillyard of Stephens City; one son, Franklin R. Clark of Stephens City; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are three sisters, Shirley Turner and Dorothy Easom, both of Rappahannock and Margie Kenney of Stephens City and one brother, Lewis Clark of Rappahannock.
Grave side services were conducted on Monday at Shenandoah Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Douglas Sterrett III officiating.
Omps Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
