their money. Luray had only a 10-6 lead after one quarter. Unfortunately, things quickly unraveled for Rappahannock as they were outscored 22-7 in the second quarter and trailed 32-13 at the break. Things got worse in the second half, as the Lady Panthers managed only eight points after intermission.
Poor shooting was once again the problem, as the Lady Panthers had many open looks but couldn’t get any shots to fall. Rappahannock made only five field goal attempts. They were better from the free-throw line, making 11 of 24 attempts.
The Lauy Panthers again had some bright spots. Kyla Andreoni led the team with eight points. Rebecca Letsen added five points and eight rebounds, while Amber Welch finished the night with four points and five rebounds off the bench. Katey Wilson blocked three shots.
