At approximately 5:30 p.m. on,1 Sept. 12, sheriff’s deputies responded to complaints about a <disturbance in Sperryville and arrested 55 year-old Lewis Gallihugh. Gallihugh has been charged with drunk in public.
Shortly before 8 p.m. that same evening, deputies responded to another disturbance complaint in Flint Hill. Roy Frazier, 41 was arrested at the scene and charged with drunk in public.
Possible larceny
The Sheriff’s Office is looking into a possible larceny that occurred on Timothy Lane in Gid Brown Hollow on Sept. 12. The resident reported that a tool case was missing from his front porch. He and some neighbors spotted a truck with 30-day tags and two people inside leaving his driveway earlier in the afternoon.
