Rapidan Better Housing Corporation is preparing to carry out the INDOOR PLUMBING/REHAB PROGRAM through the use in whole or in part of HOME Investment Partnership Program funds. In the implementation of this project, the following contracts and procurements will/may be made: well drilling and water system installation: septic field installation/ construction/ excavation; residential electric service installation/upgrade; residential plumbing installation: residential general contracting/ rehabilitation and new construction; heating system installation; termite and other pest treatment; lead paint inspection and abatement; and building materials and supplies.
Rapidan Better Housing Corporation is soliciting the participation of minority and female-owned businesses in carrying out this project Such business concerns may be included on appropriate bid and procurement lists by submitting a written request within ten (10) days of this Notice. Requests should sate the name, address, product or service, and how the firm qualifies as a minority or female-owned business concern. Such requests should be addressed to:
