Pursuant to Section 5.11 of the Town of Washington Historic District Ordinance and Section 15.22204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, no; tice is hereby given that the Town Council of Washington, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 29, 1999, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall on Gay and Calvert Streets in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application:
TW ARB Appeal #99-09-01
Appeal by Mr Peter Kramer of the decision of the Town of Washington Architectural Review Board of demolition approval to portions of two structures in the Town of Washington; namely, the “Mercantile” building and the "Milk House" - both located on Tax Map 20A-1, Parcel 107A. Property purchaser is Mr. David Cole, dba Sunnyside Farms, LLC; William McDonough & Associates Architects. Appeal allowed under Section 5.11 of the Town of Washington Historic District Ordinance.
A copy of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday 8.30 a m. to 4:30 p.m. at 290 Gay Street, Washington, Virginia 22747.
