She is applying to expand the allowed activities of B&B's. She wants to operate a restaurant by “invitation”, cater events on and off site.
This means weddings and other events both inside and outside.
How fine a person she is and how tastefully the events are, have nothing to do with your peaceful way of life in a residential neighborhood.
A hundred and fifty guests on a frequent basis is still a hundred and fifty guests and bring with them all the noise and problems of commercialism.
If Mary Ann Kuhn is allowed to change our zoning ordinance then the entire town will be changed.
