RENEWAL OF
HASKELL & KREBSER AGRICULTURAL
AND FORESTAL DISTRICTS
In accordance with Section 15.2-4307, Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County hereby give notice of their intention to hold a public hearing on Monday, December 2, 2002, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider the renewal of the Krebser & Haskell Agricultural and Forestal Districts, for a period of ten (10) years.
The proposed Ordinances are available for inspection at the County Administration Office, in Washington, VA, Monday through Friday 8:30-4:30.
The Rappahannock County Agricultural and Forestal Districts Advisory Committee shall meet on Wednesday , November 20, 2002, at 7:00 p.m. at the Amissville Volunteer Fire & Rescue Squad in Amissville, VA, to consider the proposed Ordinances and Districts, and to make recommendation to the Board of Supervisors.
The Rappahannock County Planning Commission shall consider the matters at their regular meeting of Wednesday, November 20, 2002, at 7:30 p.m., at the Amissville Volunteer Fire & Rescue Squad in Amissville, VA.
All persons interested in these matters are invited to attend and to make comment.
