license fees for some of those activities requiring a State ABC license including distiller's license, fruit distiller’s license, brewery license, bottler's license, winery license, and farm winery license.

Proposed fees range from $500 for a bottler’s license to $1500 for a fruit distiller's license.

The Zoning Chapter amendments will be heard by the Planning Commission on Dec. 12 and the Board of Supervisors on Jan. 6, and the Taxation Chapter additions will be heard by the Board of Supervisors on Jan. 6.

• The Board approved a resolution for the advertisement of a public hearing on Dec. 2 on amendments to the Erosion and Sediment Control Chapter of the Rappahannock County Code.

Mr. McCarthy explained that the amendments remove the present exemptions for erosion and sediment controls for single family homes.

• The Board made the following reappointments: John Hartline to the Social Services Board, I^aye Kohler to the Community Services Board, and Mary Brown and Charlotte Nichols to the Library Board.
