NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Kindly take notice that the Town Council of the Town of Washington will hold on the 13th day of November, 2002, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall in Washington, Virginia a public hearing to consider the advisability of amending the FY2002-2003 budget to provide for a reserve and expenditure of up to $50,000.00 for ongoing costs, expenses, engineering fees and all other expenses associated with the engineering and development of the plans and specifications for a waste water treatment system and preparation of the necessary studies, documents, applications and all other expenses associated with obtaining permanent financing from one or more sources.
