I would like to reemphasize that the reality is that a zoning change that affects only Mary Ann Kuhn is not - I repeat - is not what is being considered on Nov. 13. She is not asking for a special use permit. Ms. Kuhn is asking instead that the Zoning Ordinance be changed for all properties in all areas of the Town which are zoned Rural Residential. Rural Residential properties include half the Town and border within a block of every property in Town. Ms. Kuhn has one of the smaller of the Rural Residential properties.
