November 13, 2002 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall on Gay and Calvert Streets in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application to amend the Zoning Ordinance and Combined Ordinance Definitions: TW ZA #02-05-02 Mary Ann Kuhn desires to amend the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance and Combined Ordinance Definitions to create a Special Use Permit category of ‘Bed and Breakfast Inn', which would allow overnight accommodations, dining for non-inn customers, catering uses and outdoor events for up to 150 persons at each event.
