What she is allowed to do must be allowed on other properties throughout the town. You cannot spot zone.

To make this change Mary Ann Kuhn will have to install a costly commercial kitchen.

Her goal is make money and this cannot be done with limited numbers of events. She doesn’t want to make this kind of investment and not have it make money. Her neighbors will be adversely affected.

If this zoning erosion is allowed and commercialism is allowed to creep into the residential areas, then Mt. Prospect could be turned into a B&B with exactly the same lack of restrictions. Our property touches Mt. Prospect.

We do not want to live next door to a commercial enterprise. Why should all the private citizens of this town and those bordering it have their way of life changed and invaded for the profit of a few' people (those who will follow her example)?

Quests of the Inn constantly say they come for the wonderful Inn but also for the tranquility and peacefulness and beauty of this village.

Wake up people!

Don’t shoot the goose that laid your golden egg.
