As advertised in this paper,

the Town Council of Washington, will hold a public hearing at its meeting on Nov. 13, at 7:30 p.m., to consider a proposed amendment (change) to the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Washington by Mary Ann Kuhn to permit her to apply to expand her B&B activities. In discussions with various people in Town, I find that there is very poor understanding of the process that is occurring.

The applicant, Mary Ann Kuhn, has consistently said that she is only responding to the interests of others and intends to only conduct a limited number of events of low intensity, having little impact on her neighbors.
