BOARD OF SUPERVISORS RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County. Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday. December 2, 2002 at 7:00 PM in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application: SE #02-10-01 William L. and Mary L. Payne, Trustees, owners of 5.00 acres on US Rt. 211 and Maddox Lane in Amissville (Tax Map 32, Parcel 37A, zoned RR'-Rural Residential, Jackson District) desire a Special Exception permit to construct a softball diamond used by girls' softball teams and invited guests. Use allowed under Section 170-36C of the Rappahannock County Code: additional standards in Section 170-64A and B (as relevant). A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday. November 20, 2002 at 7:30 PM at the Amissville Fire Hall for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any.
