Outreach Ministries, Inc., a non-profit organization that focuses on missions. Ninetysix percent of all funds donated are used for the mission work. His vision addresses the spiritual, mental and physical needs of all peoples and nations, particularly in developing countries. He successfully reaches across cultural and religious barriers to preach, reach and teach; to win souls for Jesus Christ. His organization has free medical clinics with doctors and medical specialists providing health, dental and eye care; specialized education, schools and learning facilities; programs for economic empowerment for the disadvantaged, evangelistic crusades and church planting. Dr. Baltimore is currently the Second Vice President, Progressive National Baptist Convention, Inc. and has served on numerous boards and commissions. He is a life member of the Northern Virginia Baptist Association. He is formerly the pastor of the Chestnut Grove Baptist Church, Brightwood and the Shiloh Baptist Church, Woodville.
