“Gil Brooker, Reiki Master, opens a new practice at the Rappahannock Wellness Center located above the Hearthstone School at 11576 Lee Highway in Sperryville. His hands-on Reiki sessions utilize healing energy to promote individual well being on an emotional, physical and spiritual level. Reiki is an ancient healing technique which restores inner harmony and vitality. To begin this practice all new clients will have half their first fee donated to the Hospice Support in Warrenton. Panic Relief Inc., a non-profit educational organization. Overcoming fears, anxiety and agoraphobia, Achieving Control, Positive Self-Image and Constructive thinking. This program is geared to help anyone including you, family members and relatives suffering from panic, anxiety and agoraphobia to cope with these disorders. We will teach you how to control panic attacks and anticipatory anxiety. The programs are held in the Castleton, Chester Gap, Flint Hill, Huntly and Washington on Mondays from 12 noon to 1 p.m., Wednesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. For information call PRI at (732) 940-9658.
