We haven’t talked about it for awhile but politicians in Richmond have been debating some changes in the estate tax and the land preservation tax credits. For many in Rappahannock County this is a chord that strikes close to home. The following is the latest that has come out of the General Assembly. At this writing, they have not yet accepted the Governor’s changes though they are expected to during their next meeting which is at the end of August. As adopted by the House and Senate: .
