Power line workshops Dominion Virginia Power will conduct a public workshop from 5 to 8 p.m. on Dec. 4 in Front Royal to discuss plans to run a 500,000-volt power line from south of Winchester in Frederick County to Aldie in Loudoun County. The workshop will be held at the North Warren Fire and Rescue station, 89 Rockland Road.
