A diverse staff is another ^sset, she said. Employees on the sales floor often help buyers decide on a gift when they come in, and can often steer people in the right direction when given an idea of what they're looking for or what type of person the recipient is.
"They give us a broad idea and we can kind of narrow it down," she said. "We can sometimes steer them in an entirely different direction."
