woman’s eye was cut from the blow and had swollen shut. Virginia State Trooper Don Corbin also responded to the scene. The law officials obtained an arrest warrant from the Culpeper Magistrate, served by the Culpeper Tbwn Police Department. Two woman in a 2003 silver Nissan approached a resident on Piedmont Ave, on November 17, and flashed what appeared , to be a badge. The women did not identify themselves; however they asked numerous questions about an area resident.
