Michelle and Gary Schwartz of Heritage House B & B and the Inn at Little Washington teamed up to create a raffle to benefit the Rappahannock Animal Welfare League’s (RAWL) feline spay/neuter assistance fund. With help from the Rose Hill Veterinary, Michelle and Gary sold a boatload of raffle tickets. The winner is Nancy Dillon, whose cat is named Spence - which is short for “expensive.”. Dillon won a night’s stay at Heritage House and dinner at the Inn.
