Cool cadet
Seventeen-year old Jenkins Dove of Flint Hill, Va. was awarded the Citation Award making him the 2006 ‘Cadet of the Year* by the Air Force Association. Dove is currently a Cadet Second Lieutenant for the Winchester Composite Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol. The award recognizes outstanding achievement in leadership and academic staring in the civil air patrol.
