Horse trainer Frank Bell wiU teach two two-day clinics at Moonraker Stables in Catlett, April 14-15 and April 28-29. BeU wiU teach handlers about horsehuman communication, how to overcome shying, jigging and barn sour problems, and how to properly lead and drive a horse. Bluebells

The Clifton Horse Society BluebeU ride is set April 15 at the Bull Run Regional Park, in CentreviUe.
Ride-out is at 10:30 a.m., with an about two-hour, slowpaced ride planned to view thousands of bluebeUs, a Virginia native plant, along Bull Run.
