Building Maintenance Assistant

Vacancy within the Technical Services Division. Assist in maintenance and repair work, preventive maintenance, facilities inspections; perform follow-up tasks; and submit work orders, as needed. Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to high school graduation. Prefer at least 6 months experience in building maintenance field, carpentry and general building trades experience a plus. Valid appropriate driver's license. Able to work in extreme temperatures and lift 70 lbs.; some work may be hazardous due to location or type of work.
