In the meantime, my potatoes are in the ground, the radishes, spinach and lettuce are up, and the peas are just poking through, albeit through an inch and a half of snow the Saturday before Easter. And I am preparing for some more good home made dishes. Hopefully, what goes around will continue to come around.
I will leave you with one more old saying. My Mother always said, “The weather will get better after Easter.”
