• Attends regional and state Special Education meetings • Coordinates Title I, IV, and V federal grant programs, applications and budget development • Supervises/ evaluates Special Services Secretary, Psychologist & Visiting Teacher. • Handles home schooling correspondence. • Coordinates Home-bound Instruction • Coordinates School Health programs • Chairs School Health Advisory Board • Serves on central discipline committee (for Special Education student hearings) • Supervises Alternative Education, ISAEP, GED. & Adult Basic Education grant programs. • Coordinates Career/Tech. Education • Coordinates school census (eveiy three years) with help of contract staff. • Serves as Student Records contact person • Other duties as assigned by the superintendent
