the Rappahannock
County public
school system?
Some citizens have suggested that the RCPS is top heavy with administrators and that existing administrators should "multi-task."
Rapp has seven school administrators and one Finance Director that the State counts as an administrator for a total of eight. Rappahannock is the 11th smallest school division in Virginia. Seven of Virginia's school districts that are smaller than the RCPS have either the same number or more administrators. Only three Virginia school districts have fewer administrators than Rapp. Those three have significantly fewer students and employees.
